Healthcare Coverage & Benefits
If you do not have healthcare coverage, Apply for MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) to see if you are eligible. There are a few ways you can apply for healthcare coverage:

- Apply by phone at 855-373-9994
- Download & print, or scan the application ( aplicación Español) – You must use Adobe Reader
MO HealthNet provides pregnant women and new moms with certain benefits and resources including diapers, breast pumps, transportation to your appointments and more. Participants are eligible for full Medicaid benefits for the duration of the pregnancy and for one year following the end of the pregnancy.
